The easy-care interfacing is washable at up to 40 degrees
When it comes to fine, dark fabrics, this black fabric insert is a proven solution, particularly for stabilising collars, cuffs, lapels and much more. The interfacing is trimmed to fit and flatly ironed onto the cut-out fabric parts. In this manner, this black fabric interfacing, made of 85% polyamide and 15% polyester, provides all fabrics with the desired stiffness and stability. The absolutely easy-care material can be washed at 40 degrees, and ironed. It can even be cleaned with perchloroethylene. The fabric insert is available in size 90 x 60 cm. Thin, flexible iron-on insert for dark, fine fabric. Suitable for reinforcing collar, pocket, cuffs and edges.
1. Cut insert to size
2. Place coated side of insert onto reverse side of the upper fabric.
3. Cover fabric insert with ironing cloth and fix using low setting to prevent distotion of the insert
4. Iron on using setting 2 (wool). Do not glide but press on for 10 seconds at a time
