What is the LSN Returns policy?
All items sold on LSN are covered under the return & refund policy with Buyer Protection and/or Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Reasons for return:
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:
YOUR RETURN MUST BE:
In the unlikely event that your return does not meet the requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.
In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
If any one of above reason is valid for return the product, your return courier/postal fee will be charged from merchant side except that customer want to claim return due to change of mind or etc.
In the event that you have received damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours to expedite the claim process.
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel. Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days for items.
If exceeded this period, kindly check the warranty status of the item and process redeem by contacting the LSN office directly for further assistance.
LSN will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
All products that sold at 50% Discount and/ or Sold at high level of discount during a Mega Sale or Grand Sale Events, could be meant for Stock Clearance purpose and such products are not applicable for warranty coverage or refund.
Requirements for a valid return:
Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via iPay88 or Debit/Credit card transaction details.
The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
If you meet all requirements and wish to proceed, the return can be initiated via the Returns option recommended for a faster processing.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
